BIOGRAPHY:
Russell Hornsby was born on May 15, 1974 in San Francisco, California. He graduated from Boston University's College of Fine Arts with a BFA in theater. Russell Hornsby made his theater debut at Saint Mary's College-High School in Berkeley, California in 1992. He played the role of Straforel in Edmond Rostand's The Romancers. But he is best known as an actor, known for his role in The Hate U Give: The Hate We Give (2018), Fences (2016) and My Father-in-Law and Me (2000).
