BIOGRAPHY:
Craig muMs Grant was born in New York City and raised in the Bronx. Grant took the name "muMs" when he was 20 years old when he performed in a rap group. Craig muMs was a slam artist, noting that his writing "was pure street poetry. Thoughtful, precise but not without humor, his work spoke honestly about the life he, his friends and family led and the city he loved."
Craig muMs has performed his poems on seasons 2, 3 and 4 of HBO's Def Poetry Jam, and was a member of New York's LAByrinth Theater Company.
Craig muMs Grant appeared in the 2016 Netflix series Luke Cage as Reggie "Squabbles."
