Born on: 06 Apr 1970 , Bordeaux  -
Bruno Henry was born on April 6 in Bordeaux and grew up in the city of Bourges. Following the divorce of his parents, Bruno moved to the Paris region at the age of 14. Then he discovers a passion for dance the day he sees young blacks dancing jazz-rock in the street. But the family atmosphere forced him to leave home to join the army, heading for Martinique. But his incompatibility with authority and order forced him to leave the army and start food jobs, in order to continue his primary passion, dancing. Unable to access a scholarship to take classes, he cleans the dance halls in exchange for lessons. Very quickly it is spotted and starts the TV sets. It was Jacques Martin who gave him his chance by entrusting him with the production of all the choreographies for the programs "Sous vos applaudissements" and "Le monde est a vous". At the same time, he worked with Ricky Martin on his piece La Bomba and began theatre lessons. |
