BIOGRAPHY:
Originally from Vitry-sur-Seine (94), Doudou Masta is one of the emblematic figures of French hip-hop. In 1990, Doudou Masta's deep and striking timbre was discovered by Timide et Sans Complexe (TSC).
Doudou Masta's "brand" is a mix of daily chronicles, spitting on the spot, and political hardcore manifestos, but above all, it's not a tongue in cheek. He has participated in an incredible number of projects. You can hear his cavernous voice in the soundtracks of "Métisse" and "La Haine" (films by Mathieu Kassovitz). In "Antipolitique" with No One Is Innocent, a title taken from a sequence in the film "La Vérité si je mens". Before his maxi "Trop loin" (1998), he worked a lot in the Boogotop collective, which he founded with five friends in 1998.
