Born on: 01 Dec 1985 , New York, Usa  -
Ilfenesh Hadera, born to a father of Ethiopian origin and a mother of European and American origins, studied acting at the Harlem School of the Arts in New York. She then gets her first small role in 2010 in the movie 1/20. The young woman then passes the side of the small screen by appearing in TV series like Blacklist, Billions or Show Me A Hero. In 2013, she became known by turning under the direction of Spike Lee in Old Boy, remake of the Korean film of the same name. The actress finds the filmmaker two years later for Chi-Raq alongside Samuel L. Jackson. |
