Né le: 24 Apr 1964 , Jefferson City, Missouri, Usa  -
Cedric the Entertainer est connu pour ses roles de Barbershop 1 et 2 avec Ice Cube, Intolerable Cruaute avec George Clooney, et The Original Kings of Comedy un OneManShow de MTV realise par Spike Lee. De plus, en Aout 2005, Cedric etait la star et le producteur du hit au box office " The Honeymooners " Cedric a recu des récompenses notables telles que l'Aftra Award of Excellence pour sa série Cedric the Entertainer presents et un record de quatre NAACP Image Awards consécutifs dans la catégorie meilleur second rôle dans une série TV pour le rôle du Coach Cedric Robinson dans le Steve Harvey Show. Son premier livre 'L'homme ce grand ane' est sorti en Janvier 2002 et connu un grand succès a travers le pays. Maintenant a la tete de sa propre société de production, A Bird and A Bear Entertainment, Cedric developpe et produit des longs métrages. "Johnson Family Vacation" fut la première production de sa société. Cedric est aussi philanthrope, il a fonde la Cedric the Entertainer Charitable Foundation qui fourni des bourses d’études et met en place des programmes pour améliorer la vie des enfants déshérités et de leurs familles dans sa ville natale, St. Louis. Il projette d’étendre sa fondation dans tout le pays. |
