BIOGRAPHIE:

John Amos est un ancien joueur de football professionnel, il a travaille dans le sport, la publicite et le commerce. Il a du succes aussi bien au cinema que dans les series TV. Ses roles les plus connus furent "Gordy" dans "Mary Tyler Moore" en 1970 et le celebre "Kunta Kinte" dans la serie "Racines" en 1977. En continuant a tourner dans des series, John a commence a faire des apparences regulieres dans des films dans les annees 1980s, tel queUn Prince a New York avec Eddie Murphy et Let's Do It Again (1975) avec Bill Cosby et Sidney Poitier.
