BIOGRAFÍA:
Gugu Mbatha-Raw asistió a la Real Academia de Arte Dramático de 2001 a 20043. Baila, canta, toca el saxofón y puede adoptar convincentemente un acento americano y varios acentos regionales británicos.
Se dio a conocer en 2005 por su interpretación de Julieta en el Royal Exchange Theatre de Manchester, donde pasó a protagonizar Antonio y Cleopatra. Recientemente ha interpretado el papel de Ofelia en Hamlet en el Teatro Wyndham del West End.
