Taraji P. Henson es una actriz y cantante estadounidense nacida el 11 de septiembre de 1970 en Washington DC. Es la hija de un gerente y un portero. Primero estudió en la Oxon Hill High School y luego en la North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University para convertirse en ingeniera.
