Synopsis:
Gabriel Sauret is a lucky man: he has just won the lottery. Unfortunately, he is victim of a traffic accident in the 18th district of Paris. There, he is taken in by Innocence, an inhabitant of the district renamed Afrotown. When he wakes up, he realizes that his jacket is missing, with the winning ticket inside. It was enough to create a stir in the whole neighborhood. Felix, a photographer for the magazine “L’Africain à Paris”, understands that something is going on and decides to do a report on this young man…
