BIOGRAFÍA:
Es hijo del actor y productor de cine Christopher St. John. A la edad de 9 años, Kristoff obtuvo un papel en una serie, Big John, Little John, transmitida por la NBC en 1976. Luego interpretó el papel de Alex Haley en 1979 en la miniserie Roots: Next Generations emitida por ABC. En el mismo canal, interpretó al novio de Denise Huxtable en The Cosby Show, y luego terminó desempeñando su primer papel importante en la serie de televisión Charlie & Co.
