Born on: 30 Oct 1978 , Paris, France  -
Thomas Ngijol grew up in Maisons-Alfort, in the Val de Marne region of Paris. Noticed at the "Just for Laughs" festival in Nantes, he played for some time in Parisian cafés-theaters. His first one-man show entitled "Bienvenue" (Welcome), allowed him to be noticed by Kader Aoun, producer and friend of Jamel Debbouze. Thomas Ngijol then presented himself to the auditions of the Jamel Comedy Club and joined the troupe. In 2008, he made his first film, Les Abyssiens, a short film produced and directed by Alex Alabaz of the Kourtrajmé collective. At the same time, he hosts a daily column in the Grand Journal of Canal + and becomes one of the favorite comics of the French. |
